This property is everything it says in the listing, plus a lot more it is extremely well maintained, the cottage is spotless the views are amazing, it is perfect for a family of ten like us to have an amazing holiday, everything you require for your holiday is there, Andy and Clare are lovely and nothing is to much trouble, and more importantly make you very very welcome, I cannot fault anything about the property, we have had an amazing time and feel very lucky we had the opportunity to be allowed to have stayed at Cherry Tree Farm thank you Andy and Clare much apricated Thanks Robin Kathy and Family.

Absolutely perfect place, the weather was an added bonus. It was so lovely, everything was thought of and the kitchen a real treat as was the garden and hot tub. Would recommend to anyone and will be back as soon as we can
The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our week at Cherry Tree Farm. Very clean and well equipped especially the kitchendining area. The grandchildren really enjoyed the games area, hot tub and garden, we had difficulty in getting them to go out for the day because they were having so much fun! The location was also great, easy reach of Matlock and Chesterfield and the farm shop and nearby golf course were both a bonus. Although on a main road we were not disturbed by any passing vehicles. Would recommend this property for a great stay in Derbyshire.

We had a lovely weekend stay with the family celebrating my 70th birthday. The property had everything we needed & the grandchildren enjoyed the garden, the games room & the books. We all enjoyed the hot tub. The bedrooms were spacious & clean & the dining area was great. An en suite bathroom would have been appreciated in the ground floor bedroom as the cloakroom is at the other end of the property. The location was very close to Chatsworth House & Matlock & we would not hesitate to return. Thank you
Beautiful house, exactly as described and immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen stocked with plenty of crockery and utensils. Hot tub was lovely. Owners easily contactable and left clear instructions.
This is a wonderful accommodation for a family get together. My young grandchildren 915yrs absolutely loved it. Its spacious, lots of board and tv games, table tennis, snooker, darts, books. Football outside . Hot tub etc.etc. It was warm in sub zero weather. The only down side was the boiler for hot water was broken and although the owner tried to fix it , we had to use the shower in an adjacent accommodation not very easy with young ones. Overall I would highly recommend the property if its space, cleanness, style and lovely scenic views as well as fun for all, youre looking for!

We had a wonderful weekend at Cherry Tree Cottage celebrating my birthday with our children and grandchildren. The building itself was comfortable, clean, warm and well maintained. The weather wasnt great but the well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook some marvellous family meals and there was plenty of entertainments for the kids books and toys. We all experienced a little difficulty finding the property as the many maps apps all send you to different places but the simplest direction by far is on the corner of Belland Road.

The best place we ever stayed! You will find everything that you need. Very clean. Full of games and toys for kids and adults. Hot tub amazing too. Kitchen full of all needed equipments. 2 fridges good though too. Hopefully we will come back again.
We had a lovely stay at Cherry Tree farm recently. The house is beautiful, very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had every we needed, and more! Plenty of crockery, cutlery, food prep equipment, dishwasher, 2 ovens, 2 fridges freezers, microwave and extra fridge in the bar. The beds were super comfy and bed linen was clean and fresh. The games room was a real bonus with lots of toys for children, books and games and the hot tub was fab. Good location and although it's on a fairly busy B road that didn't affect our stay. The only thing we would say is that for a house that sleeps 10 there are only 2 showers one of which is in the en suite wet room which even with only 5 of us was challenging as they were both affected if the water was used elsewhere in the house. No bath for children. Andy the owner responded quickly to a question we had and was accommodating to our request which was very much appreciated. The description on the website is accurate and we would definitely recommend a stay here.

This cottage exceeded our expectations. . it looked brand new and very well maintained, you can tell no corners were cut as everything was high quality. The smallest things were thought off, for example there was colouring sets and soft toys for the kids. The hot tub was really good, rooms were comfy and the star of the show for us was the games room, kept us busy all day and didnt even need to leave the cottage! Thank you for the amazing stay!!

Your cottage exceeded our expectations. The decor was modern, the space was brilliant and it was lovely and clean. The outdoor area was so relaxing and it was nice having the large lawn as well. It was just the right size for 10 people and it was nice having places like Matlock just a short drive away. We had a fantastic stay and we would definitely like to come back in the future
