11 Eagle Parade Reviews

A stunning property and very central location. Had a wonderful visit and would use the property again.
The property is comfortable, central and very clean, great to explore the wider area. It is close to bus links in every direction and can be accessed by train so viable even without a car. The kitchen has all mod cons including washing machine and dishwasher but was a little light on some utensils and had no coffee machine.

We love this flat and have used it for our annual trip to the Buxton Festival for many years. It is very convenient and is very well furnished and equipped. It is a lovely cool oasis in hot weather.
Great stay in apartment 11 and 12, everyone was impressed. However, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom or toilet would be of great benefit as one of the party couldn't shave without extra magnification. Also, apartment 11 didn't have a pair of oven gloves. But overall, we agreed the apartments are somewhere we could bring our wives too. The fair directly outside was a nuisance and the noise was totally unsatisfactory. Why weren't we forewarned about it?
No problem with your apartment clean , spacious and comfortable. Our problem is with Sykes which we now find thoroughly unhelpful. We will not book with them again until they decide to provide a service where it is possible to speak to a human being.

Fabulous apartment immaculately maintained and high quality furnishings and fittings. There were 4 adults staying in 3 of the 4 bedrooms each of which was huge the bedrooms not the adults! and the sitting room and kitchen were equally spacious. Every room was very well equipped although the only quibble I have is that better night time blinds are needed in the ensuite bedroom as there are about 4 or 5 very bright outdoor lights shining in from the garages opposite and wooden shutters dont really block out the brightness.Great location too very handy both for the upper and lower town shops and restaurants. Did have a strange issue with the central heating where it kept coming on of its own accord at different times during the night 2 am and 5 am at 26 degrees one morning but hopefully housekeeping will have been able to rectify that now since being alerted. Would definitely recommend this property to any one staying in the area but be warned that the restaurants and pubs nearly all close at 9 pm bizarrely
We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious size of this accommodation when on opening the door we saw the long hallway stretching away from us. To the right there is a large kitchendiner with a huge dining table that seats eight people comfortably. The kitchen is well fitted and all the appliances are in perfect working order and spotlessly clean. In fact the whole place was spotlessly clean. On the lefthand side there is a large lounge with 2 comfortable leather sofas and an arm chair. There are two twin rooms, one on either side of the corridor as you explore further, and at the bottom there are 2 double bedrooms, one with an ensuite. The huge family bathroom at the end of the corridor has a large bath and modern shower. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building and accessible by lift or stairs. Located in the centre of town, right on the marketplace, its well situated to explore Buxton.
This is the second time I have stayed here and it was just as great as the first time. The place is so clean, cosy and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need for a few days away. The location is perfect too. I will definitely come back again ... and again ... and again. It's my home from home !!
Very spacious, comfortable apartment. Everything was perfect. Perfect location to access centre of Buxton.
A large comfortable flat. Well maintained and good facilities, but a few things missing coffee filter, large pans, serving bowls. Bathrooms were boiling, could save money if on less. Weve been before and will stay again.
Well what can I say apart from this is probably one of the best if not the best properties I have ever stayed in. Everything was just spot on. The standard of furnishings, the beds, bedding, towels and the decor was first class. The apartment was spotlessly clean too. Great value for money and I would definitely stay here again. In fact, I would love to move in permanently, it's just perfect.

Hi this is our 4th year staying here and it never disappoints! Not sure if this the right forum but the dishwasher was not cleaning very well. It was also making a lot of noise. Not sure if it just needs cleaning. Otherwise a lovely stay .
We had a great week here! The apartment description and photos don't really do the apartment justice as it's very spacious and well equipped with thoughtful touches and exceptionally clean. Rooms are large, very comfortable beds, plenty of storage and the living and dining areas are ideal for 8. Location is great, very easy to walk everywhere and parking is straightforward too. The lift is also great for anyone with mobility issues. We would definitely return for another stay here in Buxton!
Really great stay. Flat was clean and tidy on arrival except from some of the dishes in the cupboard looked like they had not been washed up properly by the previous guest but apart from that a really lovely stay. The area around the flat is really nice with the gardens just down the road and a supermarket about a 10 second walk. Would definitely recommend.
Fabulous as ever! Love the nice touches like the tea and coffee, dishwasher tablets and the box of chocolates! Neat and clean and well equipped we loved it!
Everything was great. The only thing was we found the automatic hall light in the apartment annoying it didn't turn on soon enough when entering the apartment, it turn itself on with drafts, and couldn't be overridden.
I had excellent service I would recommend this apartment to anybody
