We had such a lovely stay here! The owner was really welcoming, making us feel right at home. The barn itself is beautifully converted and well-equipped - honestly, everything we needed was there. The views over the Peak District are stunning, but it's also handy for supermarkets. Perfect spot for exploringand we'd definitely come back again!

We loved how spacious the cottage was and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the Peak District and Kinder Scout. The games room with snooker, table tennisand football was a real highlight! Plenty of walks right from the door. The owner was super friendly too. Great stay!

We had an absolutely lovely time at Churn Barn last summer, celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary with the family. The place comfortably fit all 8 of usand the location is perfect for walking enthusiasts. We enjoyed a meal at the nearby Old Hall Inn, which was spot-on. The garden was a hit too-playing games, cooking pizzas in our portable ovenand having a BBQ. The games room was a bonus, giving us plenty of space to relax and have fun. Stacey, the owner, was super friendly and really helpful; when we mentioned our BBQ plans, she kindly provided a new one, which was such a thoughtful touch. All in all, we'd definitely recommend Churn Barn for a family gathering-it was just what we needed!
Emma
Great spot for family and friends to hang out. The owner was really helpful, making sure we knew all the fun stuff nearby. Overall, a lovely place for a get-together. We'd definitely come back!

Really enjoyed our stay, perfect for a family get-together.
James
We had a fantastic long weekend at Churn Barn! Perfect for big family get-togethers, with lovely walks straight from the door up into the hills. The barn itself is super comfy and really well looked after. Chinley's a charming village, with some cracking pubs and eateries, just a pleasant stroll down the hill. Stacey was so welcoming and clearly cares a lot about the place - she should be proud! Definitely a spot we'd come back to.
